Booking Changes and Refunds Policy

Customer Code of Conduct

Intoxicated or disruptive persons causing a nuisance will not be tolerated by Yours Truly Winery Tours or the wineries. The wineries will refuse access to customers behaving in this manner. Yours Truly Winery will, for the safety of the customers, winery staff and other patrons, stop the tour immediately and organise a taxi to have the customer/s dropped back to their pick up location at the cost to the customer. The customer/s will not be allowed to return to the tour bus or winery establishment. No refunds will be given to customers in the event that the tour is stopped.

Booking Transfers

Bookings are transferrable. If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, you must do so by notifying Yours Truly Winery Tours by email.

Rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

Arrivals and Late-comers

Passengers must arrive at the specified pick up point 15 mins prior to departure time. Yours Truly Winery Tours must run on schedule and will not wait for latecomers, as other passengers often other commitments later in the evening. The wineries also reserve the right to refuse the tour group in the event of lateness, as they will need to attend to other on time bookings. Late passengers who miss their tour will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Public/open group tours

Should a participant cancel a public tour booking for any reason whatsoever the following fees apply:

  • Cancellation before 3 business days of the tour date is eligible for a full refund less a payment processing fee.
  • Cancellation within 3 business days of the tour date will incur a 25% forfeit of the tour price.
  • Cancellation on the day of the tour date will incur a 50% forfeit of the tour price.

Should a participant request for a reschedule for a public tour booking for any reason whatsoever, the following fees apply:

  • If the request for a reschedule is made within 24 hours of the tour date a rescheduling fee of $40 per person applies.
  • If the request for a reschedule is made within 48 hours of the tour date a rescheduling fee of $20 per person applies.
  • All other reschedule requests made more than 48 hours of the tour date are free of charge.

Private group tours

A 50% deposit is required one week before the tour.

In the event of a cancellation of a private group tour, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation before 1 week of the tour date is eligible for a full refund less a payment processing fee.
  • Cancellation within 3 business days of the tour date will incur a 50% forfeit of the tour price.
  • Any non-attendance on the day of the tour is non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be made for any transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.

Cancellation by Yours Truly Winery Tours

Yours Truly Winery Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour, including a guaranteed tour, prior to departure due to reasons outside its control. In such case, Yours Truly Winery Tours may postpone the tour, provide you with an alternative itinerary or refund the tour.

Payment Processing and Currency Conversion Fees

All prices are in Australian currency (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST). Yours Truly Winery Tours cannot guarantee the same currency conversion rate set by our third-party payment gateway used in your refunds.

Depending on the payment method used, you might incur fees to process a refund. The payment processing and currency conversion fees, if applicable, from the original transaction are not returned.

If you use card payment method, here’s a standard fee set by our third-party payment gateway:

  • for domestic cards: 1.75% of transaction value + A$0.30
  • for international cards: 3.5% of transaction value + A$0.30

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
